30-day money-back guarantee
MoneyMap, operated by Devin Huang, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all MoneyMap orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team from within the app and we will help coordinate your refund with Paddle.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the app. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — if you would also like to request a refund, follow the steps above.
After the 30-day window
Refund requests received after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
